Privacy Policy

Analytica Claude (claude.analytica-data.ai) is a product of Analytica AI. Last updated: July 2026.

What we collect

• Email address — only if you sign in (via a one-time code) to download items, save favorites, or create a personalized MCP.
• Favorites and usage counts — which items you save, download, or view, tied to your email if signed in, or to an anonymous identifier otherwise.
• MCP identifier — if you connect the library with a user tag (email or anonymous id), requests carry that tag so we can personalize results and count connections.
• AI tool inputs — text you submit to the Audit, Designer, or Ask features is processed to generate a response and counted against a daily quota.
• Community submissions — the name, link, description and optional email you provide via the Submit form.

How we use it

To operate the service: sign-in, personalization (favorites-first results), abuse prevention (rate limits), aggregate statistics (e.g. download counts shown on the site), and improving the catalog. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Third parties

• Resend — sends the one-time sign-in codes to your email.
• AI providers (Anthropic, Google) — text you submit to AI features (Audit, Designer, Ask) is sent to these APIs to generate the response. It is not used to train our models.
• No analytics trackers or ad networks are embedded on the site.

Storage & retention

Data is stored on our own servers in the EU (Hetzner, Germany). Sign-in sessions last 30 days. Usage events are pruned on a rolling basis; account data (email, favorites) is kept while the account is active. Email info@analytica-data.com to request deletion of your data.

The MCP connector

The public connector endpoint (/mcp) requires no account. Queries sent to it (e.g. the task you ask find_skills about) are processed to return results and are not stored beyond standard short-term server logs. If you opt into personalization (?u=), your identifier is used to rank your favorites higher.
